TEDxCibeles was an exceptional platform for outstanding individuals to increase the awareness of their work, devoting their time to challenge paradigms, adding value to the society while learning from each other in an interactive and fun way. The main theme of TEDxCibeles for 2013 was:

re Start

• ReStart seen as a moment of change, a time for reflexion, an innovation process as a result of persistence, creativity and a change in attitude. A new beginning full of knowledge.

• ReStart seeks reconsideration of the problems that have driven ideas, inventions, creations, ways of thinking and even communities.

• ReStart, as an umbrella concept, encompassed derivatives in every area of knowledge, showing living examples of sucessful, engaging and motivating people that have important Ideas Worth Spreading ...

What is TEDx?

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TED has created a program called TEDx. TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience.

Our event is called TEDxCibeles, where x = independently organized TED event. At our TEDxCibeles event, TEDTalks video and live speakers will combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small team.
The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events, including ours, are self-organized.

The entrance fee is 50€ and it will be used to cover production costs. As a non-profit organization, TEDxCibeles will donate all remaining income to an ONG committed to our values and principles.
